Vema Signature

Four projects where the geometry came first.

The Signature tier is the built work — photographed, not visualised. These are the houses where the drawing survived contact with a site.

Malhan Mansion

A private residence for Abhishek and Nischay Malhan, and the clearest statement of what parametric design does to a house.

Design & Build

One contract from the first section to the last handover.

Drawing and building sit under the same roof, so the detail that gets drawn is the detail that gets built. No translation loss between a designer’s intent and a contractor’s quote, because there is no handover between them.

Bespoke Furniture

Made for the room it is measured in.

Curved walls do not take standard sofas. When the geometry is drawn first, the furniture is drawn with it — sectionals on the plan radius, joinery that runs the length of a wall, storage that disappears into it.

Civil Solutions

The half of the job nobody photographs.

Structure, services, waterproofing, and the unglamorous sequencing that decides whether a basement pool is a feature or a problem. It is where a design-build firm either earns its fee or quietly fails.

Malhan Mansion

Curved walls set the circulation. The pool went in the basement. The workstation is black, end to end.

A private residence for Abhishek and Nischay Malhan. Two of India’s most-watched creators film here, so the rooms had to read on camera without being built as studios.

The drawing is developed into something buildable — details, quantities, sequence, and a number that holds.

One team on site, supervised by the people who drew it, against the drawing that was signed.

Dedication

Snagging, handover, and staying reachable afterwards. Two hundred families is a long referral list to protect.
