We draw the space before we build it. That order is the whole method.

Nema Development is a design and build studio in Gurugram. We work across residential villas, commercial offices and hospitality, and we have delivered more than 200 homes since 2015 — most of them at addresses in Delhi NCR that do not tolerate a second attempt.

The studio is led by Sidharth Malik, who trained at Zaha Hadid Architects and studied at the Architectural Association in London. That lineage shows up as a working method rather than a style: geometry is resolved as a drawing first, and the drawing is what gets built. Curved walls set circulation. A section decides where light lands. Furniture is drawn on the same radius as the plan.

The second half of the practice is Indian. Virasaat means heritage; Sheesh Mahal means palace of mirrors. Computational geometry and Indian material craft are not in tension here — carved jali, hand-painted panels, meenakari colour and block print are placed where the structure already wants an event.
